As the moderator of the site i will make every attempt to bring new content for you all to enhance communication with Councilman Forrester and you ( the people ) . As spam has been down to a minmum for a while i have lifted the requirement to be registered with wordpress.com in order to post. Therefore until proven it was wrong to remove that requirement.
